 Alucia Mabunda is the Campus Head at IIE Rosebank College NMB Campus.

Currently pursuing a Ph.D. at North West University, she boasts nearly a decade of experience in education, having served as a lecturer, then progressed to education specialist and a Head of Academics at South West Gauteng TVET College. In addition to her educational roles, she has also held positions as a General Manager in the Tourism Sector and has a background in banking and telecommunications. She firmly advocates that leveraging innovative teaching methods is crucial in preparing students for success in the labour market. 

Alucia is dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship and empowering graduates to contribute to economic advancement. In her leisure time, she studies academic publications across diverse fields to remain relevant in a rapidly advancing world.
