Kenneth Masilela is the Campus Head at IIE Rosebank College Durban.

With over 20 years of management experience in Financial Services and Private Education, Kenneth began his journey in 2003 as a sales advisor/consultant. He grew in the corporate world until his current role as a Campus Head at the IIE Rosebank College. He has held management roles that include branch manager, sales manager, Area Sales and Operations Manager, and Regional Manager (2003 to 2013) in several companies, including Prosperity health fund managers, Assupol, Old Mutual, Discovery Life, Regent Insurance, Bayport, and Credit Rescue (all in the financial services industry). He has worked extensively in Kwazulu Natal, Eastern Cape and Gauteng.

In 2014 he began a career in the private education industry as a General Manager/Campus Head at Damelin (Educor group). He grew himself within the company (Educor) in different roles until he became the Group Head of Sales and Commercial ( 2019 to 2021), overseeing 24 national campuses(Damelin, Icesa, City Varsity, Central Technical College). As a financial planner, he obtained an Old mutual Franchise at the beginning of 2021. In September 2022, he joined the IIE Rosebank College as a Campus Head and believes/subscribes to the mantra that “We are in the business of changing lives.”
